Services
Everything under one roof.
Seven things we do well and two we deliberately do not. Wisdom teeth and jaw surgery go to specialists we trust, you will hear that on day one, not on visit three.

Preventive
Preventive & Hygiene
Two appointments a year is a default, not a prescription. Some people need three. A lot of people need one. We set your interval from your actual gum readings, not from the calendar.
- Full periodontal charting at every recall, read aloud
- Fluoride varnish and sealants for children and high-risk adults
- Custom night guards milled upstairs in two days
- Written home-care notes, because nobody remembers the chair talk

Crowns
Crowns, Inlays & Onlays
We take the smallest thing that will hold. An onlay that saves a cusp beats a full crown that removes one, and we will say so even when the crown pays better.
- Digital scan, no impression putty
- Milled in-house, usually seated within 48 hours
- Zirconia, e.max, and gold when gold is right
- Five-year warranty against fracture under normal use

Cosmetic
Cosmetic Bonding & Veneers
The conservative order is whitening, then bonding, then veneers. Most people stop after the second step and are happier for it. We will show you a mock-up before anything is irreversible.
- Composite bonding, same visit, fully reversible
- Trial smile you can wear home for a week
- Minimal-prep porcelain veneers when bonding is not enough
- We decline cases where the answer is orthodontics

Aligners
Clear Aligners
Aligner treatment goes wrong when nobody is watching it. Yours is reviewed here every six weeks by the dentist who planned it, not by a support inbox in another time zone.
- In-house scanning and treatment planning
- Six-week in-person reviews for the whole course
- Refinements included in the original quote
- Retainers for the first two years included

Emergency
Emergency Care
Every weekday morning we hold two slots empty. If you call before ten with pain, swelling, or a broken tooth, you are almost always seen that day.
- Two same-day slots reserved Monday to Friday
- Knocked-out teeth: call first, we will talk you through the transport
- Antibiotics only when they are actually indicated
- After-hours voicemail is checked at 7am and 8pm

Families
Children & Families
First visit at age one, and it is a lap exam with a toothbrush. No masks over faces, no surprise instruments, and a parent in the room for as long as the child wants one.
- Age-one first visits, ten minutes, no charge
- Sealants on permanent molars as they arrive
- Sedation options discussed with parents beforehand, never on the day
- Back-to-back family appointments so you make one trip
What we refer out
Wisdom teeth, orthognathic surgery, and complex periodontal grafting.
We send those to two practices in Bend and one in Eugene. You keep your records, we send the scan, and we see you back afterwards for the restorative half.
Next step
Come in once.
Decide after that.
First visits are ninety minutes and end with a written plan you can take to any other dentist. No deposit, no obligation, no follow-up calls unless you ask for them.
