Home / Treatments
Everything we do, and what it's like.
No treatment starts before you have seen the images and been given a written number. If a plan changes mid-course, the number changes on paper first.
The first visit
Ninety minutes, and you keep the files.
Every new patient gets the same appointment, whether they came in for a cleaning or a cracked molar. It is free, it takes about an hour and a half, and you leave with copies of your own images.
You talk, we listen
Fifteen minutes at a desk, not in a chair. What hurts, what you have been putting off, what you were told somewhere else.
Scan and photographs
A 3D scan and a set of intraoral photos. This is the part most people have never actually been shown before.
We look at them together
On a screen you can reach. Dr. Okonkwo points at things and names them. You are allowed to disagree.
A written plan, in order of urgency
What needs doing now, what can wait a year, what is purely cosmetic, each with a price beside it.
Insurance check, before you decide
Marcus runs your benefits while you are still in the building, so the number you take home is your number.

Sedation & comfort
If the chair is the problem, say so on the phone.
Roughly one in six of our new patients tells us they have avoided a dentist for more than five years. That is a normal thing to say here and it changes how we book you: a longer slot, a quieter part of the day, and nothing done at the first visit beyond looking.
Nitrous oxide, oral sedation and IV sedation are all available in the building. Whether any of them suits you is a clinical conversation with Dr. Okonkwo, not something to settle over email.
